Plasti-Lock vinyl floor tiles are an aesthetically pleasing interlocking alternative for a hard wearing floor surface.
EASE OF INSTALLATION
Plasti-Lock tiles are made from flexible PVC and clip into one another like pieces of a puzzle, making it an easy floor to install. They can be laid over hard carpets, tiles, concrete and wooden surfaces with ease, providing the sub-floor is relatively level and hard.

OriginalThe Original tiles are made from premium grade recycled vinyl.
They measure 500mm x 500mm and are available in two surface patterns and a range of attractive colours. |
Big BrotherBig Brother is slightly bigger and lighter than the Original range. They are manufactured from black, industrial grade recycled vinyl which may have some slight visible impurities. These tiles are cost effective while maintaining it's the durability and strength.

SAFETY
In addition to the renowned properties of PVC, the Plasti-Lock tiles are between 4mm and 7mm thick and have a raised textured surface pattern, which work to alleviate slippage in the case of pedestrian traffic.
NO ADHESIVE REQUIRED
The interlock that joins the tiles together makes it possible, in many applications, for you to lay the tiles without gluing them down. (Please make reference to the installation instructions). All one needs to do the job is a rubber mallet and a sharp utility knife.

The designer kits shown below can be added to or altered, to suit each specific customers needs.
Garage Kits
 Garage kits are ideal for the domestic garage. As a DIY product the home owner can install the tiles within a few hours. The only adhesive that might be required is at the front of the garage where hot sun falls on the tiles.
The Garage Kits consist of:
- 40 m2 black studded tiles
- 20 black interlocking ramps
- 10 dark grey interlocking demarcation strips.
Desks Kits
 The Desk Kits are designed to provide free uninhibited glide of desk chair castors wheels while protecting the sub-floor. Where it might be a hard pile carpet or wooden floor.
The Desk Kits consist of :
- 7 leather grain black tiles
- 12 interlocking ramps
- 6 interlocking corner ramps
Island Kits
 Island kits are for areas where people stand for long periods of time and because PVC is a good insulator it keeps the cold off their feet. These kits include tapered trims to eliminate any potential trip hazards.
The island kit consists of:
- 4 black tiles
- 8 interlocking ramps (available colours: Black, Dark Grey, Yellow, Red, White)
- 4 interlocking corner ramps
ACCESSORIES

A full set of interlocking "trims" are available for the Plasti Lock tiles 4mm.
These trims are available in a selection of colours: Plasti Lock Original 500 x 500 x 4mm: Black, Dark Grey, Yellow, Green. Plasti Lock Big Brother 510 x 510 x (4mm and 6.5mm): Black
The trims consist of :
- Interlocking ramp: 138 mm x 500 x 500mm – to prevent potential trip hazards.
- Interlocking corner ramp: 138 mm x 138 mm – to prevent potential trip hazards at the corners of the tiles.
- Interlocking demarcation strip: 140 mm x 500 mm – to demarcate areas in the floor such as parking lines for motor vehicles.
- Interlocking mini square: 140 mm x 140 mm – to solve interlocking colour changes when using the “interlocking strips”
