What is DESIGNER Flooring?

The DESIGNER Range of flooring products is custom decorated resilient PVC flooring crafted to your specific pattern and colours using high resolution digital printing techniques.

The flooring is then extremely well protected with the application of TuffCote UV cured PUR surface coating. This hard wearing clear top layer is comprised of the same type of surface coating found on many of the premium grade LVT flooring products now manufactured by renowned international flooring companies.

The core of this commercial quality product consists of solid 6mm thick selected recycled PVC tiles incorporating the patented TuffSeal water resistant joining system.

Outstanding benefits of the DESIGNER flooring include:

  • Unlimited scope for the realisation of just the decorated floor covering envisaged
  • Expert assistance in the design and print preparation for production
  • The PUR surface is resistant to an extensive range of staining, including the many common substances frequently albeit inadvertently spilt
  • The extremely hard top coating protects the floor surface, whilst reducing scuffing and soiling of the installed floor
  • The PUR surface is not porous and easily cleaned, dramatically reducing the long term cost of maintenance chemicals and labour
  • The availability to offer varying levels of slip resistance for areas requiring this feature
  • The surface reflects light and warmth, providing a comfortable work or living space

Important Notes:

Given the nature of the printing project, the DESIGNER Range has a minimum order of 50m2 per print design concept. Lesser quantities will attract further setup charges.

This heavy duty quality flooring is recommended for light to medium traffic applications. CAUTION: Care must be exercised in choosing the right application area as the surface coating may be damaged by excessive surface abuse exposing the base black or white colour.
